Compassion fatigue & Staff Wellness
Customized trainings to help staff identify and minimize compassion fatigue and burnout. Trainings can be offered in full or half-day workshops or during regular staff development or team meeting times.
Facilitation of the Wisconsin Mental Health Needs Assessment to help identify priorities for initiatives. Evaluation of individual mental health programs and practices.
Using The Wisconsin School Mental Health Needs Assessment as a framework, I will guide your team through the process of identifying priorities and next steps for your mental health system, align these steps with strategic or school improvement plans.
Mental Health Screening
Comprehensive action planning for Mental Health Screening including pre-screening planning, implementation logistics, and post-screening reflection.
Together we will form a team focused on screening students for mental health concerns. I will assist in determining the best-fit screener, gain support in the school and community, assist with implementation logistics, ensure follow-up with students, and reflect on learnings from the process.
Mental Health Education
Coordination or facilitation of opportunities for youth and adults to learn about about mental health issues including identifying someone in crisis, how to respond to them, and how to provide help and support.
